The cold hard truth is what it is. My site where I share my views on what is happening with this crazy place called Earth, as well as often controversial thoughts on sensitive topics that many are too timid to approach.

Cold Hard Truth - Honest Product Reviews - Services Reviews and Unyeilding and critical reviews on life itself and the people within our wonderful world. Complacency has no place where the truth exists.I have spent a good portion of my life censoring my views in the therapy room (as a therapist, not a client) and feel that having helped many thousands of people to change their life, it is time for me to evolve beyond the restrictions that many therapists bare.

If you have your own opinions about something I talk about, by all means, share it with us. Afterall, I am not saying my opinion is the only view, nor is it necessarily right in any manner.

The Cold Hard Truth deliberately ruffles feathers that needs ruffling. Its honest reviews of those areas of life that other are too timid to approach often need some highlighting and that is what this site does best. Please keep up the great work as if I want an honest review of life i’ll visit the Cold Hard Truth — K.V, Australia

I hold the firm belief as reality is something every single individual creates within their own mind based on the understandings, belief structures and opinions they hold to be true that reality therefore has no norm. No measuring stick. No right from wrong. Which is why people continue to kill themselves due to religion, racial bias and their own ingrained ideals.

Furthermore, Cold Hard Truth is a venue to discuss product reviews, services reviews and aspects of life as they relate to the individual and the consumer.

For example, here is a summary and critique the “why we buy” by paco underhill:

    • Purchasing behaviours will be studied: Underhill and his team opened the eyes of CEO and retail managers everywhere via their distinctive approach of thoroughly observing individuals as they shopped. They brought techniques from anthropology and merged them with economics to make a new science.
    • Retailers even now have much to be told concerning why people purchase: A large amount CEOs that Underhill spoke via knew a whole heap concerning how store revenues but terribly little concerning what actually made clients buy. As an example, individual CEO he spoke by believed that about 99% of people who visited their stores made purchase. When Underhill shown that the right statistic was only forty 8%, the CEO was needless to say enthralled via the possibilities.
    • Sellers can benefit from understanding buyer behavior: Consumers have a certain approach of walking by way of a store. A specific approach of by means of their hands, wanting at signs, having breaks whereas shopping. Sellers who understand these behaviours can advantage an enormous economical benefit.
    • You can forever sell more: Your finest customers are your current customers. Realize ways headed for upsell. Entice them on the road to the rear of the store. Maintain them in the shop longer.
    • Women and men look differently: As an example, men tend to go into a store, take a look at a giant shelf of items, pick individual, and rapidly leave. Meanwhile, women are literally a lot of info-intensive, reading the label for each chance before creating a purchase.
    • Individuals make use of all five senses to make a decision on a procurement: The additional of the five senses toward which a seller can charm, the better. Folks wish verification via their whole body before shopping for a product.
    • Looking on the Net is different: Okay, this one could be a “correctly, duhhh, Mr. Underhill” today, but remember this book was written within the late 1990s. Underhill will list several truisms regarding the advantages of shopping on the Net which are useful reminders.

Underhill’s book certainly opened my eyes to what retailers understand and don’t grasp about what makes people buy. My solely problem along with his book is that the writing format. Underhill’s writing is truly pretty sensible, but it lacks periodic summaries of main points to actually send out home the reader’s understanding.

Using reading “Why We tend to Buy,” you will accomplish an educational, if typically itinerant, read by means of the psychology of buying.

I believe it is this psychology of buying that we are all best served to develop in order to discern between quality and garbage. And, to that end, cold hard truth will conduct product reviews, services reviews and much more from an tactful and relevant standpoint.
